1. General principle
Tickets booked on TicketChha are generally non-refundable and non-transferable once confirmed, unless stated otherwise for a specific event or required by law. Each event may set its own rules, which are shown before you pay.
2. Event cancellation or rescheduling
- If a Partner cancels an event, you are entitled to a refund of the ticket price.
- If an event is rescheduled, your ticket typically remains valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, refund eligibility depends on the Partner's policy.
- Convenience fees may be non-refundable except where the cancellation is our fault.
3. Customer-initiated cancellations
Where an event allows cancellations, any applicable window and charges will be displayed at checkout. If no cancellation option is shown, the booking is final.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If your wallet was charged but no ticket was issued, or you were charged more than once for the same booking, contact us — verified duplicate/failed charges are refunded to the original payment method.
5. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method (Khalti or eSewa).
- Refunds typically settle within 7–10 business days, subject to the gateway and your provider.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@ticketchha.com with your booking reference (e.g. TKC-XXXXXX) and the reason. We aim to respond within one business day.
