These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TicketChha. By creating an account or booking a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
TicketChha is a ticketing platform that lets users discover and book tickets for movies, events and live shows in Nepal. We act as an intermediary between you and the cinemas, venues and organizers ("Partners").
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be able to form a binding contract to make a purchase.
3. Bookings & tickets
- A booking is confirmed only after successful payment and issuance of a QR e-ticket.
- Each ticket is valid for a single entry and may be void if duplicated or resold.
- Seat availability and pricing are set by Partners and may change until you complete checkout.
4. Fees
Ticket prices are set by Partners. A convenience fee may apply to online bookings and will be shown before you pay.
5. Prohibited conduct
- No scalping, bulk-buying for resale, or bot-driven purchasing.
- No fraudulent, unlawful or abusive use of the Services.
- No attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or overload the platform.
6. Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the specific rules of each event.
7. Liability
The event experience is delivered by Partners. We are not liable for cancellations, delays or changes made by Partners, except to facilitate refunds where applicable. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected booking.
8. Changes to the Services & Terms
We may modify the Services or these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes; continued use means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
